No public record could be found that independently documents Adelia Throop, reportedly born 31 December 1813, daughter of Thomas Billings Throop (1771-1856) and Catherine Walker (b. 1776). FindAGrave confirms a Thomas Billings Throop (1771-1856), son of Revolutionary-War captain Billings Throop (1735-1776) of Bristol, Rhode Island, which partially corroborates the FATHER named in the report, but no source ties this Thomas to a wife Catherine Walker or to a daughter Adelia (the captain's memorial in fact names his own wife as Hannah Morton, not Thomas's wife). The only 'Adelia Throop' found on FindAGrave (d. 1866, Saginaw, Michigan) is a different, much younger person with different parents and was rejected. Adelia herself remains undocumented beyond the 2006 family report; the single retained finding corroborates only her father, not Adelia, so the 'nothing-found' status stands.

Her death date, death place, burial, and any marriage/children remain entirely unknown beyond the family report.
The retained finding documents only the FATHER (Thomas Billings Throop). The link from Thomas Billings Throop to a wife Catherine Walker and to a daughter Adelia is entirely unsupported by any consulted source; the captain's FindAGrave memorial names Hannah Morton as HIS (Billings's) wife, which is an ancestral detail and not evidence of Thomas's marriage. Thomas's own marriage and children still need a primary source.
The report's mother, Catherine Walker (b. 1776), could not be confirmed as the wife of Thomas Billings Throop (1771-1856). The wife Catherine (Rankin) Walker (1771-1844) surfaced in searches is a different person (born Sandwich, Ontario; died Ohio) and does not match.
